Automation Test Software Engineer (Cypress)

WHAT YOU WILL LOVE DOING

Work with development teams to identify and implement automation strategies.
Support identify and clarify unclear or inconsistent items in the requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure test automation aligns with development practices.
Implement test automation best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in customer support activities as needed.
Research technologies and best practice in software testing and share knowledge with colleagues.
Analyze test results to identify areas for test automation improvement.
Develop and maintain automation test suites using Cypress.
Write documents and create test reports.
Participate in all software development activities following Agile methodology.

Must have:

Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
02+ years of experience as an Automation Testing.
Experience in designing and implementing automation test frameworks.
Experience in writing automated test scripts using Cypress.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
Strong problem- solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Able to adjust your working time according to the project schedule.
Fair command of spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation tools.
Any database management system (e.g.: MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle…).
Experience in continuous testing in Scrum/Agile/Kanban.
Test responsive web application.
Knowledgeable in B2B e- commerce.
ISTQB/ISEB certificate.
