- Conducts reviews of testing performed on projects and provide recommendations as required.
- Help to build and manages QA team.
- Follow best practices for test processes and methodologies to write test plans, and test scripts to avoid bugs in production.
- Maintains quality assurance for products by coaching employees, planning, monitoring, and observing the production environment.
- Learn new technologies and tools as business needs change and effectively incorporate them.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to provide a subject matter expert’s point of view for our platform to leverage a trusted system.
- Write documentation about products, that will be used for admin staff, customers, and even developers or product managers.

The best fit candidates will own:
- 03++ years of experience in automation testing, API testing that require strong coding skills to create tests: REST Assured/RestSharp, jMeter, Katalon/Selenium etc.
- Communication skills – Strong verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the engineering team and create testing plans and written reports showing errors
- Comfortable writing SQL scripts of moderate complexity and navigating databases.
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor&039;s degree in software engineering, computer science or related field.
- Experience with microservices systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
- Experience with Rspec framework.
