Position 1: Automobile Sales Staff (interns or fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Conduct on- site activities to improve service retention rates and increase end- of- life sales of genuine parts
Achieve sales goals: set target for dealers and achieve them by frequently visiting the dealership
Analyze sales data and report: Understand market trends, competitor trends, problems and challenges faced by dealers, and report regularly and timely to superiors and General Director not only situation but countermeasure and action plan
Other tasks assigned by managers
Guide dealers to improve customer satisfaction: frequently visit dealerships and work as dealership staff to develop advanced customer service skills and be able to respond to customer needs, requests, and all inquiries
Ensure Dealers comply with laws and regulations related to automobile sales (Decree 116, etc.)
Control inventory: Make sure dealers adhere to stock standards of both vehicles and parts
Manage stores: Manage dealers’ daily sales activities, conduct training, and maintain dealer motivation
Monitor Dealers to comply with our sales policies
Position 2: Dealer Development Staff (at least 1 year of experience preferred)
Monitor Sales activities: to frequent dealerships, write proposals, and conduct training/ awareness activities, appropriate adjustments with the dealers
Evaluate business plan: Discuss business plans with potential business partners
Find candidates and set up new dealers: find potential dealers as well as provide detailed support up to the point of setting up a dealer
Other tasks assigned by managers
Plan and execute educational programs: to design teaching materials and training programs, clarify the learning objectives of the dealers, and convey information in a format that is easy for participants to understand
Market Research: Analyze market trends in areas without Suzuki dealers and the situation of competitors, and to predict the location of dealers and demand
