Automotive High Voltage Chassis Test Group Leader

Test cases generation, review and update

Test cases generation based on the component and system design requirement documents for functional, performance and integration validation.
Create test cases/test standard database.
Automation test script generation for HiL and vehicle level validation
Review of test cases and updating of test cases based on the component, network and diagnostic requirement.

Cmponent/system/vehicle level testing & validation

Failure test cases RCA and issue trackin /management
Configuration and test setup of the HiL/LabCar/vehicle of High voltage system (e- power train function/performance, thermal and energy management, range and efficiency, charging) and chassis function/vehicle dynamic.
Automation and simulation for HIL/lab car testing
Test cases execution, data analysis and report generation
Test plan preparation testing based on the test specifications.

Leadership responsibility

Manage and delivery the customer/internal project
Implement ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Safety, 5S and CIP process.
Create and implement competence and career development plan for each team members.
Task management and capacity management of team members.
Building the roadmap for the team and grow up the team in both resource and capability

Have experience in C/C++/CapL/Python
Experience in automotive component development/testing
Responsiveness, agility, discipline and willingness to take over responsibility and to
Good English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Deep knowledge IVN (In- Vehicle Networking) including CAN, CAN- FD, LIN, Ethernet. FlexRay), and Diagnostics
Bachelor&039;s degree in Electrical & Electronics / Automotive Electronics or equivalent.
Good experience with some common automotive industry tools from Vector (Canoe, CANoe DiVa,...)/NI Veristand/dSPACE/AVL.
Experience in working for OEM is a plus.
Good documentation skills.
Solid software testing knowledge, good test plan development, execution, tracking, and summarizing capabilities.
Tool experience as Jira/Code beamer/IBM Door/IBM ELM
Good analytical & problem solving skills for giving solution on the E/E issues/failures
ISO 26262 overview will be an added advantage
Experience in High voltage, charging system is plus.
Solid know- how of EE Network Architecture
Minimum 6+ year of experience with minimum of 3+ years in automotive software testing.
Good at using software testing tools, electrical tools, and instruments.
Good communication skills and team cooperation ability to work closely with both internal and external customers as well as the internal design team at the same time.
Minimum 2 years experience in leadership role.

Mon–Fri & alternative Saturday working schedule with 44 hours/week.
