Automotive Low Voltage&Test Solution Group Leader

Test cases generation, review and update

Automation test script generation for HiL and vehicle level validation.
Review of test cases and updating of test cases based on the component, network and diagnostic specifications.
Test cases generation based on the component and system design specification documents for functional and integration validation.

HiL/LabCar for component/system level testing & validation

Automation and simulation for HIL/lab car testing.
Configuration of the HiL/LabCar (NI Veristand/Dspace/ETAS) for the component/system level validation.
Failure test cases RCA and issue tracking/management.
Test setup preparation using the vehicle components like ECUs, Sensors, Actuators and Wiring Harness.
Test plan preparation for the HiL/LabCar testing based on the test specifications.
Test cases execution, data analysis and report generation.

Vehicle level testing and validation

Failure test cases RCA and issue tracking/management.
Test cases execution, data analysis and report generation.
Coordination with the test facility providers for conducting vehicle level test at third party test facilities.
Test setup preparation on the vehicle level test cases execution.
Test plan preparation for the vehicle level testing and validation.

Leadership responsibility

Create and implement competence and career development plan for each team members.
Manage and delivery the customer/internal project.
Task management and capacity management of team members.
Building the roadmap for the team and grow up the team in both resource and capability.
Implement ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Safety, 5S and CIP process.

Minimum 6+ year of experience with minimum of 3+ years in automotive software testing.
Solid know- how of EE Network Architecture.
Have experience in C/C++/CapL/Python.
Good communication skills and team cooperation ability to work closely with both internal and external customers as well as the internal design team at the same time.
Experience in automotive component development/testing.
Solid software testing knowledge, good test plan development, execution, tracking, and summarizing capabilities.
Good English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Good documentation skills.
Tool experience as Jira/Code beamer/IBM Door/IBM ELM.
Good experience with some common automotive industry tools from Vector (Canoe, CANoe DiVa,...)/NI Veristand/dSPACE/TraceTronic, etc.
Good analytical & problem- solving skills for giving solution on the E/E issues/failures.
ISO 26262 overview will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years experience in leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics / Automotive Electronics or equivalent.
Experience in working for OEM is a plus.
Good at using software testing tools, electrical tools, and instruments.
Deep knowledge IVN (In- Vehicle Networking) including CAN, CAN- FD, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay and Diagnostics
Responsiveness, agility, discipline and willingness to take over responsibility and to learn.
