In GTS Securities & Fiduciary Services, Client Management & Implementation, you will be part of a team that provides sales and services to financial institutions, corporations, and SME customers.
Business Function
Global Transaction Services (GTS) is a product group focused on the management and sale of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Securities & Fiduciary products and services to institutional clients.
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and managing cash management products including payment, collection, deposit. You will be part of the product management team that drives new cash product value proposition and structures customer- focused solutions. You will cover the full range of Cash Management products. This includes developing strong product value propositions, structuring innovation- driven client solutions with the Sales and Client Coverage team, competitive analysis, managing product risks and implementing regulatory changes. Whether it is through conducting market research, or by enhancing product value proposition to meet customers&039; needs, you will have every opportunity to shape the business.
Support customer- focused initiatives to grow cash revenue and deposits, working closely with stakeholders including Technology, Operations, Compliance and Legal to deliver the new initiatives. This includes:
* writing business requirements;
* ensuring product compliance;
* reviewing functional specification;
* documenting product guide and operational processes.
* working out efficient operational process;
* participating in testing;
Support product commercialisation that includes:
* providing training to the Sales and Client Coverage team;
* developing client- focused collateral and client onboarding document;
* structuring industry- specific solutions with the Sales and Client Coverage team to acquire new clients.
Implement regional initiatives by working closely with the global product teams.
Monitor business performance, and continuously optimise operational processes and bank partnerships to maintain efficient product portfolio costs.
Support other product lines as and when required.
