JOB PURPOSE:
- [Azure] Assessing our IT infrastructure to help plan and deploy our ongoing cloud migration.
- [Azure] Technical skills and leadership ability, with the communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other members of the IT teamIT Security support.
- [Azure] Configuring hybrid connectivity between on- site systems and the cloud environment.
- [Dynamics 365] Azure DevOps Engineer experienced with Dynamics 365 to analyze, plan, create and test development pipelines to understand required packaging and deployment needs.
- [Azure] Oversee the migration process and design, maintain and monitor the new system.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Migrate existing infrastructure services to cloud- based solutions.
- Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards.
- Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security.
- Handle IT ticket for O365, D365, Azure from IT Vendors/ IT Group/ IT Regional /IT country
- Manage security and access controls of cloud- based solutions.
- Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized.
- Manage & optimize cost management
- Design, develop, and implement highly available, multi- region solutions within Microsoft Azure
- Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
- Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) leveraging cloud native tooling to ensure automated and consistent platform deployments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in computer science, information systems, information technology or equivalent in related IT systems.
- Having:
+ A good understanding of Azure DevOps.
+ AZ- 104 certification for Microsoft Azure Administrator.
+ AZ- 305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (plus point)
+ A good understanding of Microsoft M/O365 and Dynamics 365 FO.
+ AZ- 500: Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate.
EXPERIENCES:
- Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years’ IT experience.
- 2+ years of experience with IaaS and PaaS solutions
- 2+ years of Microsoft Azure experience involving design, deployment, configuration and optimization.
COMPETENCIES:
- Not easy to complain under any circumstances.
- Designing and analysis of Security
- Design/Implement /Migrate & Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on PowerShell.
- Knowledge on prem Active Directory.
- Knowledge on applications migration/ troubleshooting etc.
- Identity / Authentication / Remediation policy in Azure.
- Deployment of virtual machine on Azure Portal
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Working knowledge on Azure.
- Manage internal and partnership relationships well
- Knowledge on Networking
- Knowledge on IaaS.
- Knowledge on Azure AD/ Applications.
- Ability to analyse problems and solve quickly.
- Cloud migrations using ASR or other tools.
- Ability to gather information needed for future and present plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare new setup when have new request for cloud environment, Ensure installation, implementation & monitoring if approved.
- Make recommendations for new technology upgrades and implement if approved. .
- Make sure the user can only use programs that are installed by IT.
- Monitor network usage, capacity, and performance.
- Coordinate with external parties if there are application got problems.
- Maintain effective security and anti- virus processes and disaster recovery reserves.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
- Ensure effective support for high quality timely completion of all IT system projects.
- Ready support to azure environment to solve the problem when have call.
- Maintain good relations with external suppliers to ensure appropriate levels of support.
