Azure Cognitive Service Developer

OBJECTIVES
Develop and implement Speech services models and algorithms using Microsoft Azure technologies

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to design, build and deploy intelligent applicationspowered by Azure Cognitive Services
Customize and fine- tune pre- built Azure Cognitive Services models to meet specific businessrequirements.
Designing and maintaining a NLP based chatbot application and workflow
Designing and maintaining a Cloud API Platform for 3rd party (Enterprise) integration

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Keeping up to date with industry trends and technology around this area
Monitoring the performance matrices and making necessary improvements and adjustments.
Creating databases for customer query handling and processing
Training chatbot models to improve response accuracy
Designing and developing conversational interfaces and chatbot systems using Azure’s AI Speechservices.
Design and execute proofs- of- f- concept for critical enterprise capabilities. Created building blocks andtransition points to deliver the target architecture.
Implementing natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance chatbot comprehension
Mentor and guide team members
Testing chatbots to ensure efffficiency and accuracy of responses

GENERAL EDUCATATION
Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / TeTelecommunications / Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Nice to have:

Certificates in software or cloud technologies
Certificates in Agile

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Experience with Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services and other AI platform
Familiar with Python, C++, JavaScript & Node.js
Strong applied software and cloud architectural patterns
Practical software engineering, design and architecture experience
