B2B Business Manager

Role Overview:
This is a full- time, on- site role for a B2B Business Manager located in My Tho. The ideal candidate will have strong English skills to support the growth of our supplier development, sales support, and export business to the US market. You will be responsible for sourcing new suppliers, managing delivery operations, ensuring order- to- delivery efficiency, and supporting the US- based sales team.
Responsibilities:

Support the setup of the new promotional business, including supplier network setup, operational process design, employee recruitment, and training.
Perform supplier reviews and recommend improvements in the purchasing process.
Explore customer needs and collaborate with the US team to develop products that best meet these needs.
Manage orders and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness, including quality checks.
Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to reduce costs and optimize performance.
Research, negotiate, and select suitable suppliers; build and maintain partner relationships.
Manage customers, including quoting prices, sending samples, negotiating, convincing customers to buy products, and closing contracts.
Manage contracts and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
Ensure the procurement operation process complies with legal regulations and internal policies.
Oversee the contract payment process, debt management, and customer care before, during, and after contracts.
