Overall Scope of Work
Lead and organize the team (including marketers and designers) and effectively allocate resources to deploy both online and offline marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze market and competitor data to make informed market forecasts.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for the Bizzi brand and its products to achieve business outcomes through marketing and digital marketing initiatives.
Establish evaluation criteria and provide periodic reports on the effectiveness of advertising and marketing activities.
Online Marketing: Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Offline Marketing: Plan and execute events, workshops, sponsorships, and other campaigns.
Contribute solutions to enhance the effectiveness of advertising and marketing initiatives.
Track, monitor, and report on the results of marketing programs, ensuring their execution as planned.
Team Management and Development:
Coordinate team efforts to achieve shared company goals.
Collaborate with sales departments to achieve common company objectives.
Develop personal development plans, provide training to improve capabilities, and evaluate team performance.
Recruit new team members, foster team building, and provide training to enhance knowledge and skills.

Yêu cầu công việc

Enthusiasm for the field of providing B2B SaaS software and a willingness to contribute to the Enterprise 4.0 trend.
Proven business acumen in financial technology solutions.
6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years of experience leading high- performing marketing teams (demonstrating expertise in Facebook ads, Google ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate new ideas: apply optimal marketing methods and test new proposals to enhance efficiency.
Preferred experience in high- growth, technology- driven companies with a deep understanding of SaaS and the fintech ecosystem.
Fluency in English to effectively read and comprehend documents for research and operations.
