KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients; negotiate and finalize contracts; oversee post- sale service quality.
Support junior and middle- level sales team members in achieving their KPIs.
Consult and propose logistics solutions (delivery, warehousing, fulfillment, etc.) that best meet the client’s specific operational needs.
Identify and approach large enterprises in e- commerce, manufacturing, distribution, retail, FMCG, etc. to introduce logistics solutions.
Conduct market research, stay updated on trends and opportunities, contribute to business development strategy, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless service implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business, Finance, or International Trade…
Strong direct sales skills, including proactive client sourcing and outreach, needs analysis, solution consulting, negotiation, and deal- closing.
Proficiency in the B2B sales process; basic understanding of logistics operations and enterprise activities in sectors such as e- commerce, distribution, manufacturing, and FMCG.
At least 3 years in B2B sales, with experience in domestic transportation or delivery services (transportation, courier/fulfillment) for enterprises.
Basic communication skills in English or Chinese, or Japanese.
