Collaborate with the team to develop market expansion plans for the hotel: Seek out new target clients, expand the market beyond domestic clients.
Implement the proposed business plan.
Apply, implement, and deliver service quality in accordance with the company’s regulations and standards.
Communicate with clients to gather feedback on the quality of products and services.
Negotiate contract terms and finalize contracts with clients.
Implement business activities based on general market knowledge—strengths and weaknesses of competitors, economic trends, supply and demand.

Strong communication, persuasion, sales consultation, reporting, negotiation, and problem- solving skills.
Knowledge of corporate market.
Preference for candidates with experience in hotel client management: Corporate
1- 2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
Flexibility in business travel.
Graduated in Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, Real Estate, or related fields.
