B2B Sales Engineer/Sales Executive

Position Purpose:
- Develop & maintain direct- sales partners & distributors in order to achieve personal sales target.
Job responsibilities:
- Communicate & contact direct- sales partners, distributors, suppliers.
- Follow- up with existing customers & find new ones and collect customer information & input into company system.
- Cooperate with other departments, units to complete business projects according to planned.
- Handle customer complaints first- hand, work with affiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction in order to solve them.
- Participate in negotiation with distributors & establish partnerships with them.
- Find new markets, visit customers/distributors periodically, verify customers&039; requests, make quotations for distributors and end- users.
- Do tasks assigned by the Company & Department.
- Create weekly, monthly sales reports & business analysis reports.
- Collect accounts receivables by oneself, negotiate & close deals, contracts.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience in B2B sales within the seafood industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong business communication skills & good business manners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Willing to travel on business trips in domestic & overseas.
- From 25 to 35 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Outgoing, sociable personality with a passion for meeting and networking with people.
- Hometown in the Mekong delta is a plus.
- Proficient in either English or Japanese (Business level).
- Sales management, customer relationship building, knowledge of basic business & import- export, mechanical knowledge.
