Mô tả công việc

* General Job Summary
- Position/ Grade: Officer / Trainee (with salary, open for recruitment)
- Location: Hanoi
- Title: B2C Sales Executive
- Report to: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager
- Open position: 02 staff + Trainee
The main function of this position is to promote and sell our diversified lines of travel products to current customers, and to develop new customer base with value- added solutions using various combinations of F.C Vietnam’s comprehensive services and products portfolio; while respecting the internal sales policy and procedures.
* Primary Job Function
- Identify market intelligence by providing constructive recommendations and works with our Ticketing team to support our business.
- Develop and manage a long- term customer relationship and strengthen the business through regular customer reviews.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close. This includes but not limits to identifying opportunity, qualifying, matching with solution (presentation, quotation and proposal), handling objection, negotiating and closing, ensuring that all terms and conditions of the contracts are defined and respect company’s standards.
- Help to generate revenue with a perspective of sales channels, product sales and offline sales development
- Assist other administrative jobs during seminars or campaigns
- Define strategic plan and stay alert to potential opportunities as well as challenges and competition.
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives by maintaining regular contacts with existing customers and finding new prospects.
* Secondary Job Function
- Actively share and update relevant information and status to managers
- Comply with internal and legal requirements

* Educational Background
- English language skill (writing, speaking): fluent
* Experience
• Vietnamese candidate
• University degree in Economics / Foreign Trade / Foreign Affair / Aviation / Tourism
* Requirement and Competency
We are looking for ambitious and curious B2C sales executives with a passion for excellence. Our ideal candidate will have the following profile:
• Expected entry date: in March, 2024
• Strong presentation and communication skills, diplomatic, tactful and adoption of a trusted advisor behaviour.
• Working experience in multi- national or foreign companies is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
• Capacity to manage time effectively and coordinate tasks and activities to maximize effectiveness.
• Good command of MS Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• A good team player with patience, willing to work under pressure and execute repetitive tasks
• Knowledge of B2C related sales activities
• Eager for continuous improvement and innovation
• Intertest in working with SNS platforms / e- commerce channels
• Experience in customer value proposition approach and capacity to engage the customer in meaningful dialogue through consultative selling methodology.

* Working Schedule: Working schedule: Mon- Fri & Saturday morning
