Report to: B2C Sales Manager and Head of B2C GTM, Asia
The role:
A Team Leader oversees team members and motivates them to complete their job duties effectively to meet business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop a strategy that the team members can use to reach a project’s goal better.
Communicate clear instructions to team members.
Communicating with upper management and other departments to determine the best methods for meeting business goals.
Helping sales staff negotiate and close deals.
Assign tasks to team members.
Providing team members with daily objectives, and development.
Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track and on schedule.
Implementing reward systems to motivate employee productivity.
Training new employees and re- training employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Monitoring team members’ participation to ensure everyone has proper training and provide any additional training if needed.
Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team’s progress.
Requirements:
Fluent in Thai language. Be able to converse in English internally.
Familiarity with effective sales strategies.
Handle high pressure at work.
Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment.
Ability to create work materials and workflows.
Create and distribute reports.
Leadership skills.
Product knowledge.
Having an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing is a plus.
Customer service skills, including how to handle upset customers.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, monitor team size: 5- 10 team members.
Ability to train others effectively.
Strategic planning.
Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff.
