Back-end Developer (Elixir, Python, Golang, Java, C#)

We are looking for an analytical, results- driven Back- end Developer who will work with team members to build the back- end applications and processes.
To succeed as a Back- end Developer, you should be focused on building better, more efficient programs and putting customer experiences in heart. You should have a positive attitude, collaborative, and motivated.
Never say "that&039;s impossible" or "we&039;d never do that". Instead, you find the solutions and can communicate them to everyone in the team.

2+ years of experience working with back- end development.
Be on your own, dedicated and committed, we strongly believe in autonomy, there is likely no one to tell you what to do.
Understand the balance between technical and business decisions.
Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
Must be able to say "I was wrong" because no one is perfect.
Familiarity with code versioning tools.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Elixir, Python, Go, Java, C; and operating systems may be required.
Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
And be a TEAM PLAYER, because we can move nowhere without a team.
