Back-End Developer

Mô tả chung / Job Purpose or Summary:
Develop cross- platform, high- performing, fantastic customer experience applications for LHD. The application will be evolving to serve millions of customers and transactions.
Trách nhiệm chính / Main Responsibilities:

Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
Develop back- end of LHD applications using PHP or Golang, implemented under frameworks: Laravel (PHP), Gin (Golang). Experiences in working with multiple back- end languages are preferred.
Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;

Use and work with opensource solutions and community
Design and implement Microservices architecture for back- end system
Use best practice CI/CD and modern tools
Handle large data sets with optimum performance and storage; work with relational and non- relational database systems
Implementation of scalable technologies (e.g. ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Redis)
Another assigned tasks from line manager.
Follow Agile/Scrum practice during the development of applications
Communicate technical concepts to a non- technical audience
API design/code/test and documentation

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in following (as preferable) Or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

2nd language ability: Intermediate
Computer usage ability: Advances
Related experiences: >= 2 years of development experience as a back- end or full- stack software developer
Essential Capabilities:

Familiar with large- scale microservices architecture
Experience in working with cloud services like AWS / GCP
Knowledge in MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar database systems
Experience in modern design patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, and RESTful API
Experience in building highly available, performing and scalable clustered services CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of NoSQL database management system like Redis / MongoDB
Strong understanding of the web development cycle
Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as PHP or Golang
