KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
● Improve system performance and scalability.
● Contribute to new projects such as:
❖ Marketing platform
❖ Omnichannel solutions
❖ CRM and ERP systems

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Languages: Proficient in Golang (preferred) or Java (minimum 1 year of experience). Experience with Node.js or PHP is a plus.
DevOps & Tools: Familiar with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Git, Jenkins.
Frameworks: Experience with Gin (Golang) or Spring Boot (Java).
Databases: Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
Caching: Experience with Redis for performance optimization.
Telephony: Knowledge of Asterisk PABX or similar systems is a plus.
Development Practices: Comfortable with Agile methodologies and tools.

SOFT SKILLS:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven track record of delivering large- scale applications with a user- centric mindset.
Strong problem- solving and critical thinking abilities.
Passion for learning and exploring new technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Comfortable working and communicating in English.
Minimum 1 year of experience in backend development.
