Backend Developer (Japanese N4+)

Join some parts or full lifecycle of software development.
Create design specifications independently.
Create systems design with instruction from the Project Leader
Willing to take business trips or work overseas.
Provide technical guidance, and proper instruction to lower- level members.
Other assignments from the Manager.
Do implementation as well as conduct reviews for others.

Hands- on experience deploying applications in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
Experience with outsourcing/offshore processes like Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
Foreign languages: Japanese (JLPT N4+) & English (TOEIC > 650)
Problem- solving skills, concentration, proactive and independent.
Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications.
From 2- 3 years of working experience in Backend development using Java, .Net, Python, etc. (Prefer Java)
Bachelor’s Degree in IT major or a relevant major
Excellent in logical thinking
