BACKEND DEVELOPER (JAVA)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developerto join our digital product development team in the securities industry. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing efficient and reliable Java services and APIs for our products.

• Create, build, and enhance the backend system to fulfill business needs.


• Design architecture and construct APIs for frontend systems.


• Guarantee optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness.


• Detect and address bottlenecks and flaws, devising solutions for these issues.


• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.


• 3+ years of experience in Java programming language (Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, JPA, etc.)


• Good understanding and knowledge of OOP, data structure, and design patterns.


• Experience building RESTFUL/JSON-based APIs.


• Familiar with Microservices architecture.


• Experienced with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle is a plus, etc.).


• Experienced with NoSQL (MongoDB, couchbase is a plus, etc.).


• Knowledge of caching data (in-memory caching, Redis, etc.).


• Understanding the basic services in a cloud environment (Pub/Sub, Virtual Machines, Docker, Kubernetes...).


• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.


• Candidates with finance and securities knowledge is also a plus.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
