Backend Developer (Middle/Senior)

- Design, implement, and maintain application- related databases, including data management, query optimization, and ensuring data security.
- Work closely with frontend teams to understand requirements and provide technical support.
- Handle errors quickly and efficiently, keeping our systems up and running.
- Collaborate with other engineers to share knowledge and drive innovation.
- Ensure the stability and performance of our services and APIs, delivering a seamless experience for our users.
- Write technical documentation and conduct testing to ensure code quality and stability.
- Build and maintain the backend infrastructure that powers our innovative platform, using Golang/Java and cutting- edge technologies.

- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Saturday), with Sundays off.

- Experience in architecting and scaling micro- service systems.
- Proficiency with messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Strong expertise in search technologies (Elasticsearch/Typesense) and in- memory data stores (Redis/Memcached/Hazelcast).
- Fluency with CI/CD pipelines and tools. Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services (AWS).
- Bachelor‘s degree in Software Development or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in backend/fullstack development with a strong focus on Golang/Java and at least one database (MySQL, PostgreSQL or one kind of NoSQL).
- Enthusiasm for learning and a problem- solving mindset. Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
