Backend Developer Python, AWS

We will entrust you with the application development work of our marketing DX support service, such as an advertising effectiveness measurement platform with the largest market share in the industry.
[In particular]

You will be engaged in a wide range of development, such as the back- end part for acquiring/analyzing a large amount of measurement data and the front- end part with various functions for marketing business support.
You will be mainly in charge of the overall development from requirement definition to release in the project, such as new functions and performance improvement.
As a leader, you will manage the tasks of the members as well as team building, including member development.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include (but not limited to):

Document creation
Understanding of requirements
Implementation of application and implementation of UT
Code review
Application design
Technical survey of new functions (PoC)

More than 3～5 years of Python Backend Development
More than 1～3 years of System or Application Design & Analysis
Have Experience the AWS platform.
Technical Follow- up and Training for Development Members
Quick Catch- up on System Structure
Database or Caching Skills (at least 3 years): such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ
Experience in Functional and Non- Functional Requirements Definition
Experience in Unit Test Specification Creation
Experience in Code Design
Team Work Skills, Logical Explanations and Presentations
Design and Promotion of Technical Training Policy Together with CTO
Joining Date from May 2025

Graduated from IT major is Desirable
Japanese Skill
Have Experience or Desire to Develop in: REST API, Docker, HTML5, NodeJS, ReactJS, Java
Have Practical Experience in Using GenAI tools to Support Programming, Documentation, Testing, or System design (Clear Understanding of the Security and Ethical Risks associated with using GenAI in a Corporate Environment.)
Strong Knowledge and Good Experiences in Scaling a Production System to Serve up to Thousands of Transactions per Second (tps)

In the future, you may be involved in product development in the new business start- up phase.
You can develop a system while acquiring marketing business knowledge.
In order to follow the latest browser trends and respond at the fastest speed in the industry, engineers can take the initiative in developing new specifications and functions.
You can be involved in the design/development of an analysis platform that handles tens of billions of transaction data annually.
By collaborating with the planning department, you can get involved from the stage of studying the realization specifications.
Because we are promoting cloud computing from on- premise, we can be involved in development and migration that fully utilizes the advantages of cloud computing such as serverless architecture.
In the future, regardless of your own team or other teams, you will be involved in the training of engineers from new graduates/mid- career recruitment.
