Backend Developer (Python/ C#/ Ruby On Rails)

The EAERA technology team is seeking hands- on developers to drive forward our architectural strategies and innovation efforts. Ideal candidates are individuals who are tech- savvy and passionate about learning and embracing new technologies. They should possess a strong understanding of web development technology stacks, emerging web standards, and have the ability to bring concepts to life. Selected candidates will join a talented engineering team operating in a fast- paced, outcome- focused environment
Job Responsibilities:

Working on an existing CRM system in Ruby and Rails.
Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
Developing APIs and messaging protocol between components.
Developing backend applications in Python.

* Must Haves:

Utilize code versioning tools (Git).
Familiarity with other popular programming languages (JavaScript, Ruby, Java, C...)
Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, PostgresSQL, MongoDB...
Experienced with containerized software (Docker and Kubernetes)
Experienced with working on Linux based infrastructure
Proficiency with Python

* Nice to Have

Experienced with Ruby (the language) and Ruby on Rails (the framework)
Experienced with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React and Vue
Familiarity with major cloud platform provider (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
Familiarity with messaging protocols and messaging patterns, such as AMPQ, Pubsub, RPC

* Desired soft skills

Good problem- solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts quickly
Attention to detail.
Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles

Qualifications:

3 years relevant experience
Degree in Software Engineer / Computer Science.
