Backend Engineer (NodeJS, Python, MySQL)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Backend Engineer to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience working with back- end and cloud technologies. In this role you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and leading junior developers on building web applications. This is an opportunity to build innovative technology products and technical teams from scratch.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify and prioritize features and requirements Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
Write clean, efficient, and well- documented code
Design, develop, and maintain web applications and distributed systems
Stay up- to- date with trends and technologies in software development and cloud computing

Experience with Vending Machine is a big plus
Start- up experience or have built your own full stack end- to- end applications at scale Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
Experience with cloud server deployment e.g., AWS, GCP, Docker.
Experience with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills
Good command in English.
4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in a technical field or commensurate experience
Strong knowledge of modern back- end languages (e.g. Golang, Python, Node.js) and cloud computing paradigms (e.g. serverless, caching)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT, OAuth2.

Employed by an SG company and based in HCMC.
Working times: From 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Traveling is required.
