Report to: Backend Engineer Lead
Working time: Mon – Fri, time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (break time: 12:00PM – 1:30 PM).
Working address: 102 Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Ward 15, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC.
Engineer’s team size: 8 employees

Job Key Responsibilities

Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability of systems.
Design and implement data storage solutions using databases (MariaDB, MongoDB).
Develop robust and scalable Java- based backend services and applications based on Spring Boot framework.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, writing unit tests, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality.
Design and implement API services using RESTful API standards or GraphQL.
Participate in creating and maintaining technical documents.

Job Qualification & Requirements

Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, etc.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Strong problem- solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Java backend development.
Experience with web frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar.

Performance review twice a year.
2- month probation period with full salary.
