Backend Frontend Developers NodeJs, VueJS

Participate in entire application lifecycle
Implementation of security and data protection.
Learning the latest development methodology using AI.
Build robust and scalable software in JavaScript & Node.js, developing new features, debugging and optimizing the application.
Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
Design and implementation of data storage solutions.
Support internal improvements
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Continuously improve your programming skills.
Collaborate closely with internal teams
Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks
Lead the implementation of complex frontend features and ensure code quality
Provide training and support to internal teams.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and system administrators to identify and build new features.
Learn and apply Japanese development standards and best practices through direct mentorship
Create efficient, maintainable, and performance- optimized code
Build and maintain core UI component libraries for company- wide use
Collaborate with front- end developers to integrate user- facing elements with server- side logic.
Design and develop reusable frontend modules and components that form the foundation of our applications
Drive technical decisions for frontend architecture and establish coding standards
Participate in our agile development process from architecture planning to testing

***Must have:

We highly value the ability to think deeply and logically and to analyze things, more than knowledge or current experience.
TOEIC 800 / IELTs 6.0 or equivalent English skill
Capability to work both in- office and remotely.
At least two year experience as a web developer.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript at least 2 years experience ( NodeJS/JavaScript experience is required )
Strong attention to detail, analytical and love solving problems.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude, high motivation, and solid work ethics.
