Backend (NodeJS + AWS) Senior/Team Lead (HCM | 3+ YOE)

Mô tả công việc

Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical.solutions.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user- facing elements with server- side.logic.
Implement security and data protection solutions.
Improve functionality of existing systems.
Research documents, solutions, integration to improve the system.
Develop and maintain web, applications.
Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on- time and with high quality.
Follow the project and organization processes, policies and regulations.
Receive work requests & report work results to direct managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good experienced in NodeJS.
Good teamwork spirit and logical thinking.
At least 3 years of experience in developing web applications.
Experienced in managing Cloud/ server, AWS (Amazon web service), CI/CD, Docker
Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant.
Be able to communicate in English.
Proactive, well self- organized, and responsible in work.
Familiarity with front- end languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Knowledge of database theory and experience with SQL / NoSQL solutions
Nice to have experienced in Python, Java.
Good time management, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Able to quickly manage new technologies.
