Mục tiêu:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our Bancassurance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing routines reports, analyzing data, generating insights and providing recommendations to enhance our bancassurance operations.
Trách nhiệm:
Data Analysis and Reporting – 60%
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, including banking and insurance systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics on regular basis – in charge of 15 – 20 reports
• Design and Manage dashboards (Using PBI) & ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics and reporting activities.
• Predictive Modeling and Advanced Analytics per requests
• Conduct deep- dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
• Conduct regular data quality checks and implement improvements as needed
Business Insights and Strategy- 25%
• Collaborate with business leaders/banca regional managers/banca head office team to identify opportunities for enhancing bancassurance products and services.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision- making and operational improvements.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management- 15%
• Act as a liaison between the bancassurance team and other departments to ensure data needs are met.
• Work closely with cross- functional teams, including IT, Salesforce, Others bank business unit,… to align data requirements with business objectives.
Yêu cầu:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Management Information System or a related field
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the banking or insurance sectors.
• Proven experience in the insurance/bancassurance domain is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
• Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS or similar platforms.
Soft Skills:
• Detail- oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
