[ Bank Product Owner

The Senior Product Owner is the point person in our scrum team. The product owner will be responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product development process.
We are looking for experienced Senior Product Owners (SPO) with comprehensive experience and a solid foundation in Banking Technology (Corporate/ Retail products). The successful candidate will work in HCM City.
● Responsible for the overall positioning and branding of the lending portfolio
● Translate requirements into concepts and elegant user experience design
● Assist with managing the end- to- end negotiated margin interest rate process, including loan pricing, collateral reviews and resolution of complex lending scenarios
● Collaborate with the Scrum team to prioritize, plan, and release working product increments
● Responsible for strategic oversight of pricing across the Loan project for Corp/Retail Banking
● Responsible for key system design and integration decisions
● Drive visual direction and strategy for prototyping and pilot efforts
● Collaborate across the organization to deliver differentiated client
● Create interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience

● Experience with Agile development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally
● Technical background is a plus
● At least 5 years experience in Banking or Finance/Fintech companies, built corporate and retail banking products such as Deposit, Lending, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Payment, FX... A significant preference would be given to candidates with actual practices in Core Banking (T24).
● Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
● 5- 7 years of experience in Banking, Financial services, risk management, product management and/or related field
● Significant Indirect Lending business and industry knowledge
● Experience working in multi- location, multi- country environments
● CSPO or equivalent certification is desired
● Able to travel to work when required.
● Advanced English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
