BANQUET SALES MANAGER

Coordinate with the Marketing department to plan and implement promotional programs on holidays and New Year; Customer Gratitude;
Coordinate with relevant departments to quickly fix problems that arise during customers&039; use of services.
Proactively send preferential and promotional information to old customers to persuade them to use the hotel&039;s services again
Proactively contact potential customers in the self- search list or from the hotel&039;s data system to introduce services and party incentives suitable for each season
Monitor the contract implementation process and service quality so that customers receive the best value.
Conduct contract signing procedures with customers who agree to use the service.
After closing the contract with the customer, sales staff coordinate with the banquet department and related departments to implement the contract, ensuring the customer&039;s requirements.
Work with F&B Manager, Chef, and banquet staff on event planning- ensuring all guests&039; requests are best served.
Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department in debt collection.
Introducing new products and services to reach and attract customers.
Understand the products well to advise customers according to the customer&039;s requirements
Search for customer information through many different channels to build a potential customer system.
Timely support and answer requests and complaints from customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Leadership skills, communication skills.
Good market analysis and customer search skills
Computer knowledge and experience in MS Office programs/ PMS.
Experience: At least 02- years’ experience in the same position with a local/ internationally branded hotel or serviced residence
Good command of English both in speaking and writing
Organizational capability.
Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
