When entering the guest villa or suite, you make guests feel comfortable by always maintaining a professfional attitude and appearance, while acting with discreetness.
You acknowledge guests by name and personalize interactions within the service processes, aiming to make each In- Villa Dining experience as memorable and unique as possible.
Transform the guest villa or suite into a reflection of our restaurants and bars. You do this by presenting the items and serving the guests, as they are being served inside the restaurant.
You know the Forbes Travel Guide Standards that are applicable for restaurants & bars and you ensure that you implement them within the service processes.
You responsibly handle cash and credit card payments, resulting in an accurate daily report at the end of the day.
You are responsible for setting up trays according to the different orders and actively monitor preparation times to ensure delivery of food & beverage items happens within a timely manner.
Be pro- active in verifying preparation times and ensure that guests are informed if any delays or irregulation occur.
You pay attention to small details, which visually expresses in a spotlessly clean workspace, tailored services and a well- groomed appearance.
Make sure all In- Villa Dining equipment and buggies are spotlessly clean. You do this by following cleaning checklists, but also by taking control and inspect the areas on a regular base.
Ensure all trays and tables are setup according to the resort’s standards and that service stations are fully stocked and ready for operation.
Always live up to the standards set by the Regent brand, by assuring you know the standard operating procedures and making sure they are respected.
You have the knowledge to solve problems on the spot, but also knows when to ask for assistance from colleagues. Always follow up on guest issues and report occurred problems to the management.
Know where all suites and villa numbers are located throughout the resort, in order to ensure faultless and fast delivery
Be considerate and careful when transporting items by buggy throughout the resort, always give priority to guests and adhere safety regulations.

Able to communicate in English.
1- year minimum in five- star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Working with multi- cultural teams.
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality Skills or related field.
