Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all vacancies are filled within approved timelines while maintaining recruitment quality standards.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new associates.
Manage recruitment channels including job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, schools, and employee referral programs.
Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high- quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation in the market.
Coach and guide the recruitment team to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the hotel’s manpower plan and business objectives.
Conduct interviews and competency assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for positions and company culture.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time- to- fill, cost- per- hire, sourcing effectiveness, and turnover trends.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high- turnover positions.
Collaborate with Learning & Development and HR teams to support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
Support pre- opening recruitment activities, mass hiring campaigns, and career events when required.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor regulations, and audit requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and manpower reports accurately.

Requirements:
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well- organized with attention to detail
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
