Key Responsibilities:
Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure cost- effective use of marketing resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, tourism partners, and local stakeholders.
Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising.
Supervise external agencies, photographers, designers, and other marketing vendors.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials, guest touchpoints, and marketing campaigns.
Create and oversee marketing content, promotional campaigns, and brand collateral in line with brand standards.
Monitor marketing performance, campaign ROI, website analytics, and social media insights; prepare regular reports and recommendations.
Lead, coach, and develop the Marcom team while ensuring compliance with Banyan Group brand standards and company policies.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, F&B, Spa, and other departments to promote resort products, events, and seasonal offers.
Plan and execute PR activities, media visits, photoshoots, and promotional events.
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive revenue.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
Well- organized with attention to detail
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
