* WHAT YOU‘LL DO
- Management Bar section sales / profit / cost / staff
- Have an understanding of beer and wine, the ability to create and mix cocktails in your own style
- Responsible for ensuring a consistent |ow of services to guest, beverage servers and food servers
- Promptly and professionally prepares beverage to specification with speed and accuracy
- Promptly and professionally handles guest issues
- Manage and develop Bar sales and maximum profit
- Maximum customer satisfaction with Omotenashi sprit
- Following Pizza 4P’s guideline and regulation, manage Bar section operation
- Train staff / Manage labor cost / Improve
- Manage bar equipment and tool related Bar section.
- Communicate and corporate with Pizza 4P’s Indochina restaurant manager and develop whole business of Pizza 4P’s Indochina
- Organize some Event and related marketing and sales activity such as promote bar by person, approach neighbor
- Royal customer management and communication
- Communicate with customer deeply and make them Royal customer
- Inform our product / Store concept / Pizza4Ps business for customer through Bar section and improve Pizza 4P‘s branding

* ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?
- Minimum of 02 years experience of management position
- High communication skill to get own customer
- Speak English fluently
- Knowledgeable about Bar business / Craft Beer
- Leadership, and problem solving skills, results oriented
- Collaborative and flexible team player, able to adapt to changes
- Has passion for Beer
