As a Bar Manager, you are responsible for managing assigned outlet daily operations to deliver an excellent
guest experience and follow Hilton standards. You will be responsible for performing the following
tasks to the highest standards:
• Handle equipment, tools, keys and supplies in proper way, kept in good working condition, regularly inspected, following instructions as directed, and ensure the team
• Have a good understanding and ensure the team understanding of the Hotel’s emergency procedures, Hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation and ensureimplementation of those related to your department;
• Have knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities

• Ensure and be accountable for cashier functions at outlets, including correct guest billing, managing cash flows and submission of required financial reports.

• Outlet Managers to make sure all bars are well- stocked and well- equipped in timely manner.
• Assist in recruit, train, develop and manage bar personnel to ensure consistency in beverage service throughout F&B department.
• Strictly control the proper usage, storage and inventory of all operating equipment and ensures that the outlet is adequately equipped.
• Initiate orders and purchases to ensure outlets are well- equipped to operate smoothly.
• Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue by taking part in creating promotional activities, by being a role model in perfecting own salesmanship and by driving team members withupselling training and incentive activities.
• Assist in setting up and implementing beverage par stock in order to effectively restock inventory control without effecting guest experience.
• Assist FBOM to create multiple beverage listings, as well promotional activities to generate beverage revenue.
• Be able to analyze, understand and develop plans to achieve the set financial goals (reflected in revenues, operating costs and expenses) and non- financial goals (reflected inteam performance, guest satisfaction, maintain Hilton standards, other communityactivities) in assigned outlets/areas, without compromising guest or employee satisfaction.
• Responsible for outlet targets and objectives, work schedules and budgets.
• Undertake any reasonable additional tasks as assigned by the Food and Beverage Operations Manager to ensure the overall success of F&B department.
