Maintains inventory, ensures bar is well- stocked and clean.

Maintains drink recipe documentation.
Tracks customer behavior and sales.
Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Determines employees’ schedules.
Greet customers and present menus

Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus. Bartender’s license.
Good time- management and leadership skills

Experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus
