Bar Manager - Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, Non Nuoc Beach Villas

Ensures bar is well- stocked and clean.
Maintains budget and monitors costs.
Maintains inventory.
Creates drink and food menus.
Initiates and maintains vendor relationships.
Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
Oversees staff, including bartenders and barbacks, and, in some cases, bouncers, wait staff, and/or kitchen staff as well.
Uses point- of- sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms..
Maintains drink recipe documentation.
Oversees planning for special events.
Determines employees’ schedules.

Experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus. Bartender’s license.

High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus

Working 5 days per week- off 2 days per week
