Bar Manager - The Muses (Prefer Female)

- Propose quarterly a new menu with Signature cocktails and beverage offer following the Mia Saigon concepts and management guideline
- Regularly check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
- Support operationally team members at Bar area during peak periods or any event requirement
- Responsibility for the new item or menu changes on the Point of sale (POS) terminal.
- Ensure a consistent quality level of cocktail productions and beverage offer maintaining the beverage costs within the percentage
indicated by management and avoiding wastage
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Plan and run promotions together with the F&B Manager/ Assistant F&B Manager
- Creating the cocktail book with picture, method and recipe in order to give a standard guidance to the whole team

- Good communications
