Bar Manager - The Muses (prefer Female)

 Ensure a consistent quality level of cocktail productions and beverage offer maintaining the beverage costs within the percentage indicated by management and avoiding wastage
 Responsibility for the new item or menu changes on the Point of sale (POS) terminal.
 Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
 Creating the cocktail book with picture, method and recipe in order to give a standard guidance to the whole team
Main Duties
 Plan and run promotions together with the F&B Manager / Assistant F&B Manager
 Regularly check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
 Propose quarterly a new menu with Signature cocktails and beverage offer following the Mia Saigon concepts and management guideline
Other Duties
 Support operationally team members at Bar area during peak periods or any event requirement

Able to work under pressure.
