Bar Supervisor/ Giám sát Pha chế

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the system of inventory, request form, stock in the Bar must be reasonable and must maintain transparency in cost control
- Support to provide images, create menu design ideas
- Prepare high quality drinks upon request
- Coordinate to change the drink menu to suit the weather, customer needs...
- Guide and direct the process of preparing and serving in accordance with the standards and service quality of the Resort
- Directly check the quality of drinks before serving others
- Ensure the security and hygiene of the Bar, the guest service area
- Assist in providing information about drinks when requested by customers
- Plan to buy necessary materials and equipment for work at the bar
- Coordinate with bartender manager to set up drink menu: cocktail, mocktail, wine in accordance with serving style
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Check the quality of raw materials used for preparation

ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
- Knowledge: Having a good knowledge of the work in the Culinary Department, specializing in the current products and services of the department.
- Other skills: Working under high pressure, skills in managing, organizing and motivating employees
- Characteristics: Honesty, enthusiasm, support and responsibility, having a barista certificate
- Foreign language: fluent English
- Computer: using office computer
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE:
- Having Professional certification is an advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in the field of hotel and F&B and at least 1 year or more in a similar position
