Bartender Supervisor

General
Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
Attend the meetings and trainings as required by the Restaurant Manager
Perform additional duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager
Individual performance with hotel standards.
Interact with guests actively soliciting feedback.
Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
Involved in staff training and development.
Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to the direct supervisors to improve the whole bar area.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
Achievement of the goals and objectives for the whole restaurant.
Quantity and nature of guest comments and complaints.
Operations
Provide guidance and assistance to the bar associates, helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
Oversee the service standards in the bar ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
Assist in controlling costs and wastages.
Direct and control all subordinate associates to ensure that all day- to- day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
Assist in monitoring and controlling the restaurant and bar’s OE & beverage inventory and participate in inventory taking.
Coaches, counsels, disciplines, and develops subordinate associates.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed.
Maximize the beverage revenue by implementing upselling procedures.
Conducts frequent front and back of house checks, ensuring mise- en- place, service procedures, standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, employee grooming, and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action where necessary.

Aware of both basic and refined bartending and barista techniques
Sounds like organization skills
Aware of the modern bartending and mixologist procedure
Capable of supporting the Restaurant Manager and the Assistant Restaurant Manager for the creation of signature cocktails and beverages
Capable of conducting the beverage inventory
Good English and Vietnamese language skills
Able to handle a demanding workload
Interacts with both colleagues and occasionally with guests
Sounds like leadership and motivational skills
Proven experience in hotel bars of similar upper- scale concepts.
Basic computer skills
