[BB] Japanese Communicator - IT Comtor

Collaborate with Managers/Leaders to resolve related issues (technical issues, change requests, operational issues, investigation requests, and customer requests)
Requirement analysis and management
Q&A discussion
Support communicate between development team and customers in Japanese (mainly in JPVN language)
Project Document Translation (JPEN, JPVN)
Communication management
Assist in the preparation of meeting material and attend meetings in both Japanese and Vietnamese as necessary.

Experience as IT communicator
Strong knowledge in Japanese business manners.
Have good communication skills in English, especially in reading and writing technical documentation
Capacity for effective expression and communication.
Proficient in four Japanese skills: reading, speaking, listening, and writing.
Good self- study, research ability & logical thinking.
Japanese Certificates: JLPT- N2 (or above ).
Enjoy working in the information technology industry and have a strong affinity for Japanese culture.
Graduated from TOP UNIVERSITY specializing in Language (Fresher is welcomed)

Salary Review: 2 times/year based on employee&039;s performance and contribution;

Working hours: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (5 days per week); Breaking time: 12:00- 13:00
