[BCIS] Library Intern

The Canadian International School System – Vietnam (CISS- VN) operates three programs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Canadian International School System – Vietnam (CISS- VN) consists of: Canadian International School (CIS), Bilingual Canadian International School (BCIS), The Albert Einstein School (AES), Canada- Vietnam Kindergarten (CVK).
We are looking for a Library Intern for BCIS with the following main duties:

Periodically publish new information to all student and teacher including: introduce books, magazines, new science, and technology information
Develop manage library working rules
Regularly checking book’s status in order to repair
Build a directory, well arrange and always keep Library tidy
Organize and manage all activities in library
Coordinate with other department to ensure all the books will be return on time
Well organized reading room in order to help student as well as teacher on studying and researching
Keep updating explore new scientific information, books and news
Design, manage new book, magazines, and other material by stamping and barcoding

Bachelor’s degree or higher education majoring in Library, English language, Document Management or relevant
Have a can do mindset
Ability to organize work independently as well as a team player , ability to observe and handle problems quickly and effectively
Familiar with office computers skills
Careful, meticulous, confidential and well organizer
English skill is nice to have

** Working time: Monday to Friday: 8h00 AM to 5h00 PM, Saturday: 8h00 AM to 12h00 PM
