•Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of supplies, equipment, and food and beverage items. Ensure timely ordering and restocking.
•Develop strategies to maximize revenue from in- house customers, through events, and other promotional services.
•Event Coordination: Plan and supervise events working closely with the marketing department, plan weekly events to enhance member satisfaction.
•Facility Management: Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the club&039;s facilities, including the beach, pool, restaurant and other spaces.
•Work closely with FBD and Manager to conduct detailed financial forecasting to anticipate future revenues and expenses. Use these forecasts to guide strategic planning and decision- making.
•Budgeting: Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure financial health.
•Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers to increase Nami’s visibility.
•Develop and implement long- term strategic plans to achieve Nami’s goals and objectives.

•Work closely with the GM to align operational strategies with overall vision and goals.
•Work with FBD to generate financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
•Implement cost- saving measures and monitor financial performance to ensure efficiency.
•Establish and enforce service standards to ensure a consistent and high- quality experience for customers.
•Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth functioning of all departments including Nami Beach Club, Nami restaurant, swimming activities, maintenance, and housekeeping.
•Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
•Develop and implement a training program to ensure staff provide exceptional customer service. Regularly update training materials and conduct workshops.
•Build relationships with local businesses, talents, KOL’s and community organizations to enhance Nami’s reputation and visibility.
•Hire, train, and supervise staff across all departments. Ensure proper staffing levels during peak and off- peak seasons.
