Beauty Consultant

Service Consultation and Quality AssuranceReceive monthly targets from the Department Manager.
Record and manage customer- related information and data accurately.
Confirm appointments for medical examinations and service usage for the next working day.
Handle phone calls and assist customers at the service counter.
Provide consultation on services and products that meet customer needs.
Update and advise customers on promotional programs, new services/technologies, and preferential policies.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Guide customers through procedures to use the services smoothly and conveniently.
Perform customer care according to scheduled appointments, especially for potential customers.
Coordination and Process ImprovementCoordinate to resolve issues arising during service implementation to achieve departmental goals.
Report operational status and related information regularly to the Department Manager for timely adjustments.
Participate in training courses and skill development to improve professional expertise and comprehensively meet customer satisfaction.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Beauty Consultant
Prior experience in consulting for spas, aesthetic clinics, or specialized/general medical clinics is preferred.
Skills & Qualities:
Honest, positive, and self- motivated attitude.
Proactive, quick learner, and driven to grow in the role.
Strong sales closing skills, ability to handle objections and persuasive communication.
Clear, pleasant speaking voice and excellent phone communication skills.
Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
