Bellman/ Nhân Viên Hành Lý

As a Bellman at InterContinental Halong Bay Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm, welcoming, and smooth check- in experience. You will be responsible for providing high levels of service, handling luggage, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring the hotel environment remains organized and guest- ready at all times.

Customer Care: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring all needs are met with a positive attitude.
Luggage Handling: Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring that it is delivered safely and efficiently to their rooms.
Transportation Assistance: Coordinate with the valet or transportation services for guest arrivals and departures, including providing information on local attractions and services.
Information Provider: Be knowledgeable about the resort’s amenities, services, and the surrounding area to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
Guest Service: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, escort them to their rooms, and assist with luggage and special requests.
Room Preparation Assistance: Ensure that the guest rooms and hotel surroundings are ready and appealing for guest arrival.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and valet, to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

Physically fit and able to lift luggage as needed.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is a plus, but not required.
Excellent organizational and time- management skills.
Strong problem- solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are an advantage.
A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
