Check across the inventory to ensure maximum profitability online channels.
Develop and increase traffic through direct and semi- direct online channels that will improve overall revenue for the hotel and other key financial and customer matrix.
Daily pick- up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
Do market survey, analysis competitors.
Upload rate/ package to system and channels following Director of Sales’s advice.
Evaluate the performance of website and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the hotels on the web, with the intention of increasing number of bookings and keeping the website up to date.
Ensure rate parity among OTA channels.
Ensure the properties content (photo and descriptions) in all online channels remain accurate and brand compliant.
Update content for the property on all online channels.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.
Evaluate the online presence and rate position of immediate competitors.
Generate reports when required.
Monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the properties on all Social Media tools to maximize the online exposure of the properties.

- Ít nhất – 2 3 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trong ngành Khách sạn, du lịch
- Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành quản trị khách sạn
