BI Developer Fresher

Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with strong expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines and developing business reports/dashboards. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support business decisions across multiple functions.
Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality, reliability, and timeliness.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuously improve BI processes, reporting automation, and system performance.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
Develop and optimize data models to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Product/Business teams to provide actionable insights.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.
Create, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools such as Power BI / Tableau / Looker.

Strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development using tools like Airflow, SSIS, DBT, or similar.
Proficiency in at least one BI reporting tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
Open to fresher with BS degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics.
Hands- on experience with SQL (complex queries, performance tuning).
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star schema, Snowflake schema).
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross- functional team environment.
Proven experience as a BI Developer / Data Engineer / Data Analyst with strong reporting background.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake) is a plus.
Can use AI to support workload is plus.
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
