Bien Hoa 2 - Assistant Technical Manager

Guide Technical team to provide technical solutions to overall manufacturing process in the plant.
Guide Technical team to feed the sewing lines effectively.
Implement Quick Change Over (QCO) process in the plant to minimize losses in line feeding and improve the learning curves of the styles.
Coordinate with Sample, Production, and Quality Assurance departments on making approved samples to ensure that best production friendly methods are used for samples
Work closely with Quality Assurance Manager to achieve required quality standards by developing, suggesting, and implementing technical solutions.
Make sure the proper functioning of pilot run process in the plant by guiding pilot run team.
Guide team members in making garments effectively to develop their skill level.
- Work closely with Maintenance team and suggest appropriate folders, attachments and other work aids to achieve correct quality standards and improve efficiency.
Work with team and suggest the best method, workplace arrangement, assist and lead them in implementing.
Involve in the productivity improvement projects by providing technical guidance.
Manage and develop team to improve their capability, performance management. Manage and control labor absenteeism rate, labor turnover rate, disciplinary.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Knowledge of Garment Manufacturing Process, Quality Assurance Management, General Sewing Data (GSD), Pattern, Sewing Machines and Operational skills
