Undertake other tasks assigned by Manager.
Provide translation services for project documents, requirements, and client communication between Vietnamese/English and Japanese languages;
Work with Managers/Leaders to resolve related issues (technical issues, change requests, operational issues, investigation requests, customer requests)
Ensure effective understanding and transmission about projects&039; matters/ Q&A,... to the team;
Communicate directly/meeting online with Japanese customers to determine their requirements of the project and then pass them to development team in Vietnam

At least 6 MONTHS of experience as IT Communicator;
Proficient in Japanese, particularly in Speaking and Listening
N2 Japanese or higher
Comprehensive in reading & writing
Able to work independently or in a team; Having high sense of responsibility.
Candidates who worked/ studied in Japan or had experience working with Japanese clients IS A BIG PLUS.

Salary: Negotiation. 100% Salary in probation period.
